We deliver a handful of venues to you with availability in an initial proposal to get your feedback to make sure we are on the same page.
Week 3

7-12 contract-ready proposals delivered in a beautiful presentation over a 60 minute video meeting. We answer any and all questions so that your team has every detail to be able to make a decision.

After your team has time to review internally, we request a Top 3 list from the Venue Proposal.

This is where our team uses over 50 years of collective experience to negotiate the absolute best rates, discounts, inclusions and upgrades that you will find.
Week 4

Horray! Your team has decided on The Perfect Venue for your next event.

We use this decision to further negotiate on your behalf with the venue of choice.

The final deliverable is a customized Retreat Workbook unique to your event, venue, budget and goals. Finally, we walk through everything with you and host an introductory call with your team and the venue.

If you don’t fall in love with anything in the first Venue Proposal, we will expedite an updated venue proposal within 7 days based on your updated vision for the venue.
